Sorry for taking so long to getting round to thank you for a wonderful birthday meal. It was one of the best meals we have had in a long time....it was just amazing, it has been a talking point among all our friends. It was wonderful to have Matthew and the team come into the house and cater for us......and then do all the cleaning up also. Not only was the food fantastic but also was the attitude and helpfulness of Matthew and the team at Noosa Catering right from my initial contact to the meal. . Thank you also to Noosa Catering who took on this job, and delivered the most incredible degustation...there were just so many comments on the food...I think everyone left completely full and in awe of the quality of food presented. You managed to deliver also to the largest allergy group I have ever come across...and I am still dreaming about that Crème Brulee...let alone the lobster, the scallops, the Angus...wowser.

Thank you for a wonderful evening. All our guests were very impressed with the quality of the food including one of my sons who is a chef in a 2 hat restaurant in Sydney. One of the guests said it was the best catering she had experienced and she has been to quite a few functions.
The service was also first class with the girls all being very friendly.
